2026 SQCHA/CCCC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All SQCHA/CCCC shows are run under the NCHA Rules and Regulations.
The advertised order of events is subject to change at the discretion of the SQCHA commitee.
All efforts will be made to supply three head per entry for all NCHA affiliated events, However ....
in the event of having a limited cattle supply some or all events (with the approval of the NCHA) could have a two and a half head of cattle allocation. In that instance there will be no refund for cattle hire.
All entries will be accepted through Icompete only.
Entries close midnight (27/04/2026) Late entries will be received at the discretion of the SQCHA commitee.
All payments are required to be made on entry as per NCHA rules and regulations.
All unpaid entries will be omitted from the final draws.
Scratching cut off date is midnight (03/05/2026).
All scratchings are to be made through Icompete.
All scratchings made before this time will receive a full refund.
All scratchings requested after midnight 03/05/2026 and before show draws are published will forfeit the cattle hire portion of the entry fee.
All scratchings requested after publicaton of show draws will forfeit the entire entry fee.
If a show is cancelled because of extreme weather conditions your entries will be refunded less costs incurred by the club. Costs incurred would be a percentage of the office fee and possibly cattle hire if the cattle are already on the grounds.
