Preworks will be run Friday cattle permitting.
Check this page for draws, which will be posted Wednesday prior to each show.
We prefer on-line entry and payment.

Full payment MUST accompany Entry.
If payment is not received with entry, your entries will not go into the draw.

Entries are by mail or internet only, paid in full by the date advertised in the Chatta and/or this website.

Late entries will go to the end of the first available herd with no extra cattle.

Cheques will not be cashed until 24 hours prior to show start.

Notice of intention to scratch an entry must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the show.  After this full entry fee's will be payable.

LOPERS FEES
(Effective from the 1st of April 2016 it is compulsory that any person riding a horse at an event anywhere on the grounds must be a member of the NCHA. Lopers and assistants can be joined for an annual fee of $130.00 or a per show fee of $22.00. Under no circumstances are non- members to mount a horse at an approved NCHA event).

As of July 2016 it is mandatory that you keep a movement record of ALL horses brought into the showgrounds. As a club we are also obliged to keep a record of all livestock that enters and leaves the showgrounds. Please note the information below is for club purposes only and you are also required to keep a record of your livestocks movements.
